Each training will be conducted by an experienced instructor specialized in the selected area directly in your premises.

In addition, there is an option to have a professional applicator depending on the difficulty of the work to be executed.

The training programs are open to all individuals or professionals.

Hands-on training programs will be conducted in our training centre and at the work site (in situ) in all the modules that are proposed to you.

The participants who will be present will be professionals experienced in each module.

The hands-on training programs can take place on a single day or span over several days depending on the requests and the modules chosen

Customized training sessions can be organized on the request of interested individuals or companies.

The teaching resources used are:

An individual training day will be for seven hours.

Our instructors will work from:

8:30 am. to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm. to 5:00 pm.

These work hours can be adjusted according to the availability of the trainee and in agreement with the appointed instructor.

As regards the hands-on training programs in our Training Centre, the schedule will be specified on the centre's rules and also on the official registration documents.

A list of hotels or guesthouses will be provided to trainees wishing to stay locally.

Lodging is not taken into account by our institute.
Only lunch will be at our expense.

In order for you to be able to carry out your projects at the least cost, we offer you solutions:

    _   Payment in several instalments without costs.

    This system will enable you to do your training programs by paying only 30% of the invoice on signing the contract and the remaining spread over the following months.

    _   DIF (Individual right to training)

    This right concerns all salaried employees who have atleast one year at the company. All the salaried employees benefit each year from 20 hours of cumulative DIF. This will enable you to participate in training programs even if they are different from the business activity of the company. Thanks to this system, a part of your training will be taken care of by your company. In order to have access to DIF, you have to apply to your employer.

    Supervising the construction site is very important; at any time, you can call your instructor and ask him for advice so that you could finish your projects according to the rules of the art.

A flat fee will be applied if you want to be followed stage by stage throughout your construction site. That is, we have building professionals who will participate, on appointment, as and when you will have need for advice to progress in your projects.

    Our training institute is part of the company GENIBAT Art-Deco.

    We sell professional decoration products that cannot be found in the market and which require specific applications. At any time, even after your construction project work, these products will be available for sale.

Also sold are products related to only one module if the trainee participated in that module.

All our products come from professional suppliers and are applied according to a specific method that could be adapted to each medium.

The selection of products will be made with one of our sales persons.
According to the medium, surface and your wishes, we will choose together the best suited products.

Two solutions are proposed to you:

* We will provide you ready-to-apply product. That is we will select the colors together based on samples made and the day of the training we will deliver the ready-to-use product(s).

* We will provide you neutral products which you will color yourselves.
For this, the necessary material is required (additional whitewash and stucco) and a day fee will be added in order to initiate you to do your own coloring.

All our material kits are offered for one trainee and are per module. Extras are offered for any other person wishing to participate in the training programs.

If you are several people, friends, family, neighbors or others who wish to participate in a training, we offer you a solution:

    The hands-on training courses: Starting from a minimum of five persons, you will have the option to join together and participate in a training course which will be conducted in our Training Centre in your chosen module. The training courses will be set up according to the requirements and selected modules.

It will also be possible for you to be initiated in the use of coloring products so that at the end of this module, you will be able to independently decorate your interiors according to your tastes and wishes.

The fees will have to be worked out based on the number of training days and the module chosen by you.

The fees for the training courses that will be conducted in our institute will be fixed based on the modules and their durations.

Genibat will take care of the lunch.

For professionals, our training centre is a registered institute. At the end of each training course, an attendance certificate will be issued.

On request, it will be possible to draw up a simplified agreement for Continuing Training, enabling part financing by the organization you are affiliated to.

One of our sales persons will contact you to find out your requirements and thus calculate the product quantity necessary to fulfill your project.

Based on what you opt for, an estimate will be made.

Following your decision, a training contract will be drawn up between you and our institute and a down payment for a third of the amount will be remitted to us by check.

At the end of the training program, the remaining amount due will be paid according to the modalities of payment defined by the contract.

Apply to our Training Centre for a module which interests you. Following this application, you will receive official documents necessary for registering with the dates and cost of the training course.
Send us your registration with a deposit check (*).

In case of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform us 15 days in advance by a simple request. We will defer the registration to the next equivalent training course.
Without notice, we will be obliged to retain the deposit.
The payment of the outstanding amount will be made during the training course.
